Sam Gabbay ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Card Mogul mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Card Mogul, we may collect the following information:

• Game Center ID and Display Name -- provided automatically through Apple Game Center when you sign in. We use this to identify you in multiplayer games and on leaderboards.
• Device Tokens for Push Notifications -- if you opt in to push notifications, we collect your device token to send you game-related notifications (e.g., when it is your turn or when a friend invites you).
• Game Data -- we store gameplay data such as match results, win/loss records, and leaderboard rankings to provide the game experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Matchmaking -- to pair you with other players in multiplayer games.
• Push Notifications -- to notify you about game events, such as when it is your turn or when you receive a game invitation.
• Leaderboards -- to display your ranking and game statistics on Game Center leaderboards.
• App Improvement -- to understand how the App is used and to improve functionality and performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• With Apple Game Center to facilitate leaderboards and multiplayer functionality.
• If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your game data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the game service. If you wish to delete your data, you may contact us at SamGabbay@me.com and we will delete your information within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain data.

Uninstalling the App will stop the collection of new data, but previously collected data may remain on our servers until you request deletion.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Card Mogul is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
